TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you have agreed to the following terms.
General
My signature is to remain on the commissioned art. It may be moved, but never removed.

Credit where credit is due. Do not claim the commissioned piece as your own. Credit must be given to me on my designs, even if revamped.

Do not edit the commissioned piece. Contact me for changes.
​
All art can be traded/gifted with characters.
​
I hold the right to reject your commission and not state why.
​
Allow two (2) weeks before asking for updates. Please have courtesy when messaging me for updates. No more than two (2) messages a week. Allow six (6) weeks for completion.
​
I reserve the right to use your commission as an example. I will not use your commissions for profit or personal use.
​
I will not copy another artist's style or design. I will not use any artists work as "inspiration".
​
Bases may be sold at commission price or lower. Recolors on commissioned bases can be sold for any currency.
​
I reserve the right to fluctuate my queue based on inspiration. This is so I can give you the best possible product I can.
​
I will not draw copyrighted characters, humans, or hateful works/items.
​
I retain the right to update my pricing and terms of service at my own leisure at anytime. Any updates are implemented immediately to any commission following. Updates will always be publicly announced on a commissions post or topic by myself.

Payment
I will ask for payment before I start your commission. Once I receive payment, the allotted six (6) weeks starts.

Payment installments will only be allowed on large orders of multiple commissions and any order $100 or more. Payment plans require a minimum of 20% payment upfront as a non-refundable deposit. Finished product(s) will not be provided until the payment plan has been completed.

Snail mail and e-checks are not considered valid methods of payment at this time.
​
Please send USD payments via paypal as goods and services. Include a note of who you are on FP/Discord and do not include a shipping address.
Characters
Custom characters have no rules by me regarding being able to sell, trade, gift, or breed.
​
Characters I sell, that I designed, can be traded, gifted, bred, or resold. Do not resell for more than you paid for unless new art is acquired.
Litter Pups
You can only commission me for a maximum of two (2) litter pups.
My designs tend to look better when done by someone else, so if you put the design on your own lines or have another artist do it, that's fine. Just credit me for the design.​
Refunds
Refunds will always be given in full. Except for the following conditions:
